Adrienne Gilbert is a NYS Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist who has dedicated the better portion of her adult life in the service of others. 8 years ago, Adrienne made the decision to accept a front office position at one of the local hearing aid clinics near her. She immediately fell in love with the hearing healthcare industry & the joy that could be given to each client. Adrienne became licensed the next year and spent the following 5 years as the Hearing Instrument Specialist for a large company in her hometown. Adrienne then took it upon herself to start her own clinic in Corning, NY so she alone could dictate the standard of care that was offered. She now independently owns 5 hearing aid clinics in Upstate NY to ensure that our community members always have a place to go for their hearing care that is solely focused on them. Adrienne Feels that hearing is the pathway to many of life’s great connections and she finds joy in helping others find those important connections again.

Although Tracie is no longer the owner of The Hearing Aid Shop, she is not going anywhere just yet! Tracie requested to join our staff for the first couple of weeks to personally inform each of her amazing clients of the transition and to say goodbye to each and every one of you! I know Tracie would love to see each of you one last time so please, call the office and schedule a time to come in for a cleaning! Tracie is going to miss each of you dearly but she feels it is time for her to move closer to her first grand daughter so she can properly spoil her! As a GiGi Should!

Deanna Worth is the Office Manager at The Hearing Aid Shop in Bolivar. Although she is new to the hearing aid industry, she has ten years of experience working in healthcare in various roles. Deanna has a strong connection with her community and believes in the value of community service. She is a member of the Bolivar Lions Club and has held numerous offices in the Lions organization, she serves on the RidgeWalk and Run committee for Jones Memorial Hospital which supports wellness initiatives throughout Allegany County, and she supports many local organizations. Deanna is committed to providing our patients and their families the best possible experience on their journey to improved hearing.
